I am Louise and I became a qualified Pilates teacher in 2018. I completed my training with Body Control Pilates and continue to update my skills and understanding with them to ensure my Pilates classes are worthwhile yet fun.
In 2015 I injured my back and not only did I lose my confidence to move but I was also in pain most of the time! I was given professional advice to take part in regular Pilates classes to improve my strength and manage the pain. After a few months I joined a healthy backs class (specifically for people with back problems) and was amazed at the results! I felt confident to move and was pain free for days after each session...I decided I must share this with others.
Since joining the Welcome Pilates team I have been teaching this online Pilates matwork class every Monday.
This online Pilates matwork class is currently running as a block of 6 sessions. As an All Levels class these sessions offer a strong and steady pace with options to participate at a more challenging level if desired.
£60 for the whole block, £12 drop in class, concessions for those on a pension.
